    You have to download it from Google Play. Try using a wi-fi connection.
    To run the wallpaper, you have to select it like all Android live wallpapers: Hold down your finger in any part of the screen without icons, select the option “set wallpaper”, “Live Wallpapers”, "_The real aquarium_", “Set Wallpaper”.

    Second, is there a way to run this as true full screen? I want to use it as a full screen screensaver.

    1. Hi, thanks for the comment. Full screen for your phone or for an Android TV? The most similar to a "true fullscreen" on a phone is the live wallpaper preview when you tap "Set Wallpaper". Regards, the Memento Apps Team.

  7. Either an update on my phone or an update on your app has stopped your application from rotating to landscape view and thus is stuck in portrait view permanently.

    1. Hi! it can't be an update because we have not released updates on the last 2 months. Try to set the wallpaper again. If it doesen't work, try to clear the app data: On device settings - Apps - The Real Aquarium HD - Storage - Clear Data. Then set the wallpaper again. Best Regards, The Memento Apps Team.

  8. Creé un paquete de Stickers pero al momento de ir a la conversación en WhatsApp para que me lo manden no abrió ninguna conversión, entonces lo mande al número de un amigo que me recomendó la aplicación, ¿hay algún problema con eso? Él pegó el código que me enviaron.

  9. I've requested for the stickers to be sent on WhatsApp so why didn't I get my stickers.It's been 2 days like this whereas they should've been sent to me in 24 hours.I'm trying but the stickers....they don't send it to me

    1. Salut! WhatsApp n'autorise pas encore directement les stickers animés tiers. si vous voulez vos stickers animés tout de suite, vous pouvez utiliser le bouton «Envoyez-moi par WhatsApp». Sinon, vous devez attendre la mise à jour de WhatsApp pour autoriser les stickers animés tiers.

  16. I lost the stickers, but I didn't pay attention to the fee. uninstalled the app, blocked the number and still erase the stickers. will I be charged anyway?

    1. The first upload was for free. You should not block the number, we will never charge you without your consent. If you want to use the service for a second time, the cost is per upload. You can add up to 30 animated stickers in each upload. You pay it using the Google Play payment method.

    1. Si aún no has recibido tus stickers animados, envíanos un email a memento.apps@gmail.com con el código de referencia y el número de teléfono de WA (con formato global). Puedes obtener el código de referencia en el ícono de la tarjeta de crédito (arriba a la derecha) en la pantalla del paquete o desde el email de compra de Google Play.

    1. Hola, para stickers estáticos debes tocar en un sticker y seleccionar borrar fondo. En a herramienta de borrar fondo puedes hacer zoom y modificar el tamaño del puntero para borrar con mayor precisión.
      Para stickers animados, aún no tenemos una funcionalidad de borrado automático pero pensamos agregarla en alguna actualización futura.

  26. No me deja editar los stickers con movimientos antes si me dejaba queda con un triangulo azul arriba y dice vuelve a editar no se que paso gracias

    1. Hola, eso es porque hay cambios en los fotogramas pero falta ensamblar el sticker. Debes tocar en el sticker y seleccionar "Editar fotogramas" y luego hacer click en el botón azul "Regenerar" que está en la parte superior de la pantalla.

    1. Hola! durante esta semana se va a ir liberando para todos los usuarios la version 1.23 que incluye la funcionalidad de crear/restaurar backups. Una vez que la versión esté disponible para todos, deberás actualizarla en ambos dispositivos y luego crear un backap en el dispositivo que tienes los stickers y restaurarlo en el nuevo dispositivo.
